What does Atlas actually read from my CRM?
Configuration and structure only — module definitions, field schemas, automation rules, user roles, and integration settings. We never access your actual records, contacts, deals, or any business data.
Will this affect my CRM's performance?
No. Atlas reads metadata through Zoho's API — the same lightweight endpoints Zoho's own admin tools use. Your users won't notice any change, and scans run on our servers, not yours.
How is the score calculated?
Deterministic, rules-based logic — no AI or probabilistic models. Same scan inputs produce the same score, every time. Run it today and again in six months to see exactly how your CRM has changed.
Which Zoho CRM editions are supported?
